Deaf School

I've been filming a really interesting story with deaf children in Doncaster who are going out and teaching sign language to people in public services. It's helped the students feel less alienated and taught people what could be life-saving skills. I was really impressed by how confident and eloquent the students that I interviewed were. They spoke with real passion about what it's like to live as a deaf young person. I learnt to say thank you in sign language and I want to thank all the students, teachers and support staff for the warm welcome they gave me.
