Community Grocery

A new Community Grocery has opened in Sheffield where customers pay three pounds for a full shop of surplus food. The shop is based at a church called C3 Hope in Sheffield and has been set up in response to the financial impact of covid-19. Customers are also offered support with courses on things like managing debt and parenting.

  1. There is a Community Grocery in Thame, Oxfordshire operating the same way as this one (ie surplus from supermarkets) which is also very good.
