I've been to see Rotherham's
Team Sky rider Ben Swift who is back training on the bike, two months after crashing
out of the Tour de Yorkshire. Swift broke and dislocated his shoulder when he
fell during Stage One of the race and is making a good recovery. He seemed happy and relaxed and in good shape to make a come-back at the Tour of Poland in August...BBC Copyright
